Most of orders from nfstrike are shipping from our warehouse in Shenzhen,China so the ETA for every parcel would be 1-3weeks just depend on what shipping option you choose.

The default logistics carrier of Standard shipping and freeshipping is Yunexpress.At some point we might change to other options like DHL EXPRESS or SFEXPRESS.For all in stock items ,the order usually will be shipped out and the tracking number updated to your email in 1-3 work days.

2,WARRANTY

This is to ensure our every customer to get quality products.

If one or more of the products you received shows quality issues within the warranty period, you can request for Return Merchandise Authorization. All returns are activated after getting Return Merchandise Authorization.

Procedures of our warranties:

1. When contacting us with your claims, please send us the video or photos that showing the issue at the same time.
2. We will contact you for more detailed information or response within 24 hours.
3. If a product is within our warranties, you may have to return it. The responsibility for return shipping fee, depends on actual problems(wrong usage or factory defect）

Warranty time:

For our BIGFOOT / UTA / T238 brand products ,they will have a SIX MONTHS WARRANTY

For other brands products,they will have a ONE MONTH WARRANTY
